Mr. Vidergauz is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sage. Prior to the formation of Sage, he was a Managing Director at ING Barings, and headed the firm's West Coast investment banking activities. Prior to that, Mr. Vidergauz was a Director at Barclays Merchant Bank in Johannesburg, South Africa. Mr. Vidergauz also practiced law at O'Melveny & Myers and is a member of the California Bar. He received B.A. and L.L.B. degrees, as well as degrees in tax and business administration from the University of Witwaterstrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, and his L.L.M. degree from the London School of Economics. He currently serves as a board member of Hansen Natural Corp., LA Spas, Inc., and The Sage Group, LLC.
